Biscoff Jicama Ice Cream 🍨 🍪

I might just went crazy with this recipe… but I mean, aren’t we all?🫶🏼🙌🏼

ANYWAYS! This recipe is interestingly delicious, since jicama has a very neutral flavor it works great as a healthier ice cream base!🦄

Ingredients (serves 2)
* 1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural organic vanilla yogurt
* 3 cups of frozen jicama
* 2 tsp of vanilla extract
* 2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
* 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
* 2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
* 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 2 Chopped Biscoff Cookies
Toppings
* Chopped Biscoff Cookies
* 2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup

Method
1. Blend all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender until fully smooth.
2. Pour into a jar and serve with toppings.
