1/4 almond flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons RxSugar Organic Pancake Syrup – Low FODMAP Friendly Certified
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tsp coconut oil
Optional 1 tsp chocolate chips
Optional whipped cream drizzled with RxSugar Organic Pancake Syrup – Low FODMAP Friendly Certified

 INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix and spray mug cook 1 minute in microwave.
